There’s this idea that you can get blown up if somebody sends you a package with a bomb in it, and you accept it and open it. But is it true and has it ever actually HAPPENED to anybody? No, I highly doubt it. But with mail on the decline these days, and e-mail taking over widespread with the iGeneration, what’s going to happen to these bombworthy folks? Are there going to be cyberterrorists actually willing enough to go ahead and learn how to blow people up online? Yes, I believe this could actually be true.
I mean, if we’re bombable in the REAL world, why not in the cyberworld? It’s possible! Sure, why not? And the cyberbomb e-mails will have funny ironic titles such as “re:you’re our 100th customer, you’re the bomb!” or “re:re:fwd:this is amazing, this movie just bombed, let’s see what YOU think.” And the funny thing is there’s people actually STUPID enough to open them. I’d just use one of my friends as a bomb-disarming robot. I’d say, “Hey man, come on over here, come look at this e-mail, it’s this super hot chick who’s single and wants somebody to reply, I think you should, you seem so lonely, plus look, she’s asking a movie question.”
“What’s the question?”
“Um, ‘what was the item that the guy rode down over a building in Dr. StrangeLove?”
And he’d reply, and I’d leave the room.
5 minutes early.
It’d also be a great way to get out of a marriage or a bad relationship you don’t wanna be in anymore. Just call your insignifigant other into the room and say, “Hey honey, look at this, what was the name of this game from the early Sega Genesis days? It says we could win money if we answer it, the game was called, ‘_____Man’?”
And she’d say, “BOMBERMAN!” And she’d open it to reply and blow up.
CyberTerrorists can do some good too.
I wanna party with those guys.
So what do you think, you think you’re bombable?
