There are little pleasures I carry with me in life, and most of them are stupid, I’ll give ya that, but one of them is knowing that certain things never change. People mostly do. They say nobody can change overnight. BULLSH*T! If you die in your sleep, you have changed overnight, you went from being a healthy living person with working organs, to a dead fu*cking corpse. That’s fu*ckin’ changing overnight. The other thing is that little by little, things change every day, until eventually you look back 20 years later, and see if everything was different. Now my little pleasure I was talking about earlier, is that some little things in life, never change. Below are certain examples:
1. Toilet Paper. The arguement was already made by George Costanza in Seinfeld that toilet paper hasn’t changed in a thousand years, and a thousand years later, it will still be the same. It’s paper on a cardboard roll. That’s all it has been. That’s all it ever WILL be. Because honestly what more can they do with it?
2. Water. Water hasn’t changed. Water can’t change. It’s a liquid. That’s all it ever will be. I will grant you it can have different FORMS. It can be frozen, it can be purified, and it’s temperature can be changed, but it itself, water, the actual item itself, has never changed, and never will change.
3. Wood. Wood can’t change. Same thing with water, it can have different degrees, it can be lighter, darker, heavier, softer, thinner, whatever. But it CANNOT PHYSICALLY CHANGE.
4. Clouds. Clouds cannot change. They can SHAPESHIFT, but since the dawn of time, clouds have been the exact same, fluffy, white, unless it’s a storm, then they’re black, cloud racism, yeah. That’s it, that’s all they ever will be.
It’s just good to know that some things never change.
Like my hate for nearly everything & everybody. That will never change.
