Every now and again I will come across something so wrong, it’s hilarious, a few nights ago was a PERFECT example of such a moment. I was searching a friend of mine’s profile on myspace, and they are a friend of the “I Support Gay Marriage” myspace. Naturally, as I support gay marriage, I clicked on the profile, which was, and not surprisingly, smothered in little gifs, flashy web encoded images. Half were of homosexuals loving eachother, and as I scrolled down, it became lesbian images. Then I saw the funniest thing I’ve seen in a LONG ass time. I saw an image, on the “I Support Gay Marriage” myspace page, of Brittany Spears & Madonna kissing at that awards show where they performed that song together.
Without a doubt, that was the most awesome thing I’ve ever seen. Just the fact that they took that image and are using it as their example of lesbian love. I guess if anybody was going to lead the gay marriage revolution, it would have to be someone famous. And they wound up once again on the internet because of something they did that had nothing to do with what it’s being credited for.
Oops, looks like Brittany did it again.
