Existentialism
So, I just took a quiz and it told me that I follow the belief of Existentialism.
Definition below:
existentialism |ˌegziˈsten ch əˌlizəm|nouna philosophical theory or approach that emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will.
And the funniest part to ME is, isn’t this what EVERYBODY does at some point or another in their lives? We’re constantly searching for meaning, look at the big questions in life:
Why are we here?
Where did we come from?
Where are we going?
We are always searching for meaning, whether you believe in a religion or not doesn’t mean you’re not believing in Existentialism, it just means you’re using that religion and the lord you pray to to help GUIDE YOU to that meaning. Most people in religions believe that their purpose in life ends up as appeasing their lord. Well no, it’s obviously for bigger and better things!
Existentialism isn’t a belief, it’s a facking religion in a way. I find this stuff fascinating. Especially when I can find the loopholes in it. Below I have posted my results for all to witness, and here’s the link to the site if you wanna do it yourself:
