Ya know, I’ve never met a guy named Ted.
I think it’s ’cause Ted is one of those names that is a “comedy/TV” name. Bob, Ted, Amy. These are all names that I’ve NEVER heard on anyone else, only in comedy and TV. I wish I knew a guy named Ted, because I love the name Ted. It’s so unnatural and so NOT a name, that it’s just perfect to use for ANYTHING. Ted would be an awesome friend, and his name just SOUNDS like he’s a nice guy. Right? Ya never hear on the news, “Ted murdered 30 children today!” It just sounds unnatural, doesn’t it? Yeah. Ted sounds more like, “Oh man, Ted bought me a new car yesterday, it’s awesome!” Ted sounds like a fun, happy, out going guy, THE TEDMEISTER!
Unlike the people with names that make them automatic a-holes. Such as George, Dick, and Mark.
