My school is going through budget cuts, meaning they cut out teachers and activities and certain things that the students enjoy. Then they keep positions such as, oh I don’t know, gardener or school painter. Well at least the school can LOOK nice.
I’m going to bust open a huge secret. BUDGET CUTS DO NOT EXIST. They don’t. It’s a point of control. Everyone wants to try and control everyone else. Everyone in a higher power wants to exert their power to show the people lower than them that they can control them. The government does it to the public by having something called “Police” and “Laws”. If you break a “law” the “police” will come in and take you to a bad place called “jail.” Basically, if you break a rule, your parents come and send you to your room. You’re either an adult or a child in this world. That’s all it boils down to. So the school announces “Budget Cuts” to show the teachers they have control of their jobs, and they scare the bejeesus out of the teachers. The teachers start to work harder as a result, showing the administrators that they are still in control, and everybody’s satisfied. I’ve never heard one budget cut story where people were ACTUALLY fired, have you? Budget Cuts keep everything in shape. For example, here’s a statement from my school’s budget cut announcement:
“Due to California’s overall budget crisis, the budget for (insert school name here) has been proposed outlining potential cuts of up to 25% of our current teaching positions.”
Does that make sense to ANYONE? “Due to California’s overall budget crisis” translates to, “California has more than enough money, but we tell everyone we don’t so they panic and work harder to make us more money so we can keep getting bigger paychecks.” Budgets don’t exist either. Budgets are a stupid man made idea. We made ‘em up! Like the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Rights, shit like that! A boss will give their workers a budget for a project so they don’t go overboard and make him pay MORE money so he gets less money from his paycheck. Basically, he wants them to stay in a specific price rang so he can keep a bigger paycheck. The whole thing is a big load of gibberish!
There’s a problem with this entire system and that is the government lies to us, and we believe it. But they don’t stop at lying to JUST the public, they lie to people who WORK for them! Teachers and other such union jobs. So now that I have shown everyone the truth, you can all relax, ok? Good. I have to go, I’m about to go over my budget for this blog, so I need to fix my cuts for what I need to stop short on.
