I hate going through the drive-thru.
Specifically one question really boils my blood. No food pun intended. But it does. I went out for lunch the other day, went through a drive-thru and got asked after ordering, “Is that for here or to go?” NO. It’s for HERE. In fact, once I get my food, I’m going to drive around to the parking lot, get out, walk inside and eat THERE. WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT?! At a little place called In-N-Out Burger, I’ve been asked, “Are you eating this in the car today?” Once again, what the FUCK kind of question IS THAT?! What don’t they get about drive-thru?! SERIOUSLY?! How much more “driving through” do I need to do before they realize I’M NOT EATING THERE. I mean, the next time I get asked, “Is this for here or to go?” in the drive-thru, I’m just gonna say, “Look, I’m already in the drive-thru, I think my options are pretty LIMITED here!”
The people behind you get mad if you take too long, the people on the speakerbox want you to hurry up and order fast, and then once you’ve got honked at and scolded and get your food, you realize that what you ordered was made WRONG ANYWAYS!!! And why do they need two windows?! They have cash registers right next to where they cook inside! Why do there need to be two fucking windows?! You pay the women, she gives you your food and receipt, you drive away, you eat AND THAT CAN ALL BE DONE IN THAT FIRST FUCKING WINDOW! I don’t get what’s so DIFFICULT about this! I love it when I’m with a person who hardly ever uses drive-thru and they ask, “Oh, where do I pull up to pick up my food?”
It’s like, “No, we go home, and they mail it to us from Arkansaw” WHERE THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU GO!? There’s only ONE option! FORWARD YOU DUMB PIECE OF SHIT!
Okay. I’m done. My point is don’t eat at the drive-thru.
