OH MY GOD, THE PRESIDENT KILLED A FLY.
Yeah, the President killed a Fly and PETA FLIPS THE FUCK OUT. Peta goes, “Well, he kills insects, he’s not a REAL man. We can’t like him now.” Yeah, their statement actually read like a fortune cookie, it was, “He is not the Buddha, most often humans act before they have the chance to think.” That’s rich and insightful, coming from a group who made a commercial about teenage girls pregnancy’s being related to animal shelter abuse. Yeah, this is one of their commercials, check it out:
The parents in this video are actually telling their daughter that she should be having tons of sex, and when she asks, “What if I get pregnant?!” their reply is actually, “Oh, it’s no big deal! You should have as many babies as you CAN! We can just throw them in the gutter, or abandon them.” This is PETA’S argument. Sounds to ME like they ACTED before they THOUGHT when THAT fuckin’ thing was made! PETA cares not about people who live for 80 years but cares about an insect that lives for roughly 24 hours, WHAT THE FUCK?!
Second argument. Why is this NEWS?! I read recently that youtube is now the main source of news and if this obama/fly shit is what people consider news, as compared to the election riots in Iran right now, then we are FUCKED as a society! And here’s the ULTIMATE question, why does PETA get on the president for killing a fly, but doesn’t attack the kid who captured over 36 cats (only 19 have been found, but they predict 36), tortured them, skinned them alive, burned them and MURDERED them?!

NOTABILITY. They attack celebrities and the president because they’re NOTABLE figures. They are public figures that everyone recognizes. Anything with a celebrity or the president makes automatic news, and if PETA goes apeshit over a fly, but not over this kid, that proves-PROVES-that PETA just wants to be in the news as well, and DOESN’T care as much about animals as they claim to! I killed a fly the other day and PETA didn’t do ANYTHING.
So PETA, what’s it gonna be? Fame or cause? Are you just going to be another organization who claims they stand behind a noble cause then does everything opposite of that claim to show you’re NOT? I guess to PETA, cannibalization is TOTALLY FINE. They clearly don’t care about PEOPLE, and why SHOULD they? People are scum!
